Why consulting?
Think you can't afford one-on-one time with a real estate expert? Think again!
Let the deal pay for the consulting! If you find a property and your wallet is
about to open, don't you want to be sure that it is the right deal for you? I
can help you determine that, and guide you through the process. The money you
spend on consulting could save you big bucks and headaches down the line.
But one favor, please. Call me before you start signing papers. I've had too
many folks consult with me when it was already too late, when they were $5,000,
$12,000, even $100,000 into the red on an investment property. Sometimes we can
undo what's already been done, but the cost of an hour or two with me beforehand
could save you big dollars and immeasurable grief.
Here's how consulting time usually works best:
Call me at 1-886-356-1214 and let me know you want to consult. We'll arrange
a time that's good for both of us. Let me know if you'd like to meet at my office,
consult by phone, or on site.
As soon as you can (preferably at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment),
get together a list of questions and fax them to me. This helps you clarify your
areas of concern and makes our time together more efficient and cost effective.
Here are some topics others have discussed with me previously: option strategies,
rental needs, first deal jitters, the next-step-up worries, dealing with difficult
sellers, what to do when things get botched up, what to do differently, what you're
doing right, double closing and subject to strategies, neighborhood values, on-site
repair evaluations, cash flow issues, filling out paperwork, protecting yourself...
The rate for In-Office and Phone consultations is $135 for the first hour and
$120 each additional hour. For On-Site consultations the rate is $150 for the
first hour and $135 for each additional hour.
Following your consultation, you'll automatically receive $10 of Marge Money,
which can be used to purchase a future consultation with Marge or any of her products
or seminars.
