What two questions do investors always ask …” Where’s the Deal? Where’s the Money?” In March, Marge Coffing will be bringing to North Metro REIA a double session to answer those questions. On Thursday evening, Marge will share the investor’s way to look at “Where’s the Deal?” There’ll be a helpful tool called “The Buyer’s Game Plan”. On Saturday, March 3rd the topic will be “Where’s The Money?” You’ll have a full day workshop to explore the right way to structure any joint venture using private funds.
